1. Scope and current use
This policy explains cookies and similar technologies used by the GX public corporate website, including local storage and session storage. Browser storage is not itself evidence of cross-site tracking. This website release does not intentionally load marketing pixels, advertising tags or visitor analytics services. Hosting infrastructure and security providers may use technical mechanisms necessary to serve and protect the website.
2. GX browser-storage inventory
The currently identified first-party presentation storage is listed below. These keys are used only to remember the cinematic introduction or animation choice. They are not an advertising identifier or an account login.

3. Your preference choice
By default, GX does not need to save the cinematic introduction or motion choice for later visits. You may elect to save presentation preferences using the website’s preference controls, or choose to continue without remembering these choices. Where consent is legally required for optional device storage, that choice is requested before the relevant values are stored. You can change or withdraw a stored choice at any time.
4. Technical traffic and spam screening
When you visit the website or submit the contact form, Netlify and its security/spam-filtering providers may process network metadata and apply anti-abuse measures, including Akismet filtering. Cookies or similar technologies may be used where necessary to deliver communications or protect the service. Hosting and security-related browser storage may vary with the applicable service configuration.
5. Non-essential tracking and future changes
We have not enabled optional analytics, advertising retargeting or third-party tracking in this release. If those technologies are subsequently introduced, GX will update this inventory and obtain prior valid consent where required under applicable ePrivacy and GDPR rules. A blanket statement that every cookie is "essential" is not intended.
