This website is operated by GravitronX Technologies OÜ ("GX", "we", "us"). We are an Estonian private limited company entered in the Estonian Commercial Register under registry code 17582213.

These terms govern access to GX’s public informational website. The site does not provide a paid product, cloud subscription, enterprise deployment, procurement agreement or software license merely by being visited. Any separate business transaction is governed by its own written agreement.
2. Illustrative intelligence and technology content
Descriptions, visualisations, animations, simulations, the AETHER Presence guide, architecture explorers, proposed capabilities and application-domain illustrations are informational or illustrative. They must not be interpreted as evidence that a particular product, deployment, operational integration, automated decision system, independent audit, government certification, security accreditation or customer installation is active or completed.
The website’s GX architecture diagrams describe design concepts and governance boundaries. They are not statements that a connected system is issuing real authority grants or executing consequential operations. Product and service specifications may change. Use independent assessment and formal documentation before procurement or operational reliance.
3. Intellectual property and branding
GX and/or its licensors retain applicable intellectual property rights in the website, original graphics, corporate and product identity, text, software, conceptual systems and documentation. Visitors may view and reference the public website for ordinary personal or business-information purposes. Other copying, commercial redistribution, impersonation of GX, or incorporation into another product requires appropriate permission unless permitted by law.
Names, symbols and trade names are used to identify their respective owners; the presence of a mark on this website is not, by itself, a representation of a particular registration status or geographic scope.
4. Responsible use and security
Visitors must not misuse the site, submit unlawful or abusive content, knowingly distribute malware, interfere with service operation, probe private systems without permission or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to data. Please do not submit passwords, encryption keys, protected identifiers or confidential documents through the general contact form. Lawful security research should use an authorised reporting channel or first request permission via legal@gravitronx.com.
5. Contact forms and communications
A website inquiry is not a binding instruction, order, acceptance, grant of access or assurance of product availability. GX may review the inquiry and respond at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Netlify may operate the submission system. Contact data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy; marketing communications are not automatically authorised by sending an inquiry.
6. No professional advice and no warranties
Website information is not legal, financial, medical, regulatory, cybersecurity-certification or procurement advice. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the website is presented for general information without a promise that every statement is complete, current or error-free, or that site access will always be available. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections and statutory privacy rights.

GX does not adopt or certify external content simply by linking to it. GX may modify the public site for security, maintenance or content updates without creating a duty to maintain any individual demonstration or feature.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are interpreted under the laws of Estonia, subject to any overriding mandatory protections and applicable jurisdiction rules. This clause does not deprive consumers of mandatory rights available under applicable law. Please contact legal@gravitronx.com in the first instance concerning website-related concerns; this does not restrict the right to bring a claim before a competent court or authority.
